Description:-
In this article we are going to see how to Create database using dbca on Oracle cloud vm Instance.

High Level Steps:-
1)First install vncserver local and oracle vm Server

2)Check the doc here how to install vncserver in oracle VM instance
3)login inito putty session
4)install RPM packages using Yum.
5)install vnc server both side
6)start DBCA and create database
Note:- Before configuring Vncserver open the port in oracle cloud wizard
Networking -> Virtual Cloud Networks -> VirtualCloudNetwork-20191101-1852->Security List Details
Let’s Start Demo:-
Step:-1 Connect to putty session as root user
step:-2 Configure VNC Server
Step:-3 install install “tigervnc-server” to allow access to the desktop
Step:-4 open iptables for a direct connection to the VM
Step:-5 Login into oracle user
Note:-In local machine we need to install vncserver.
Step:-6 Connect to the VNC Server and enter password (which you enter in the server).
Step:-7 invoke dbca through vncserver
Oracle 18c database creation using DBCA in oracle cloud VM instance
Step:-1 Select database operation
Step:-2 Select database creation mode
Step:-3 select database deployment type
Step:-4 Specify Database identification Details
Step:5 Select Database Storage option
Step:-6 Select Fast Recovery option
Step:-7 Specify Network configuration Details 
Step:-8 Select Data Vault Config Option
Step:-9 Specify Configuration Options
Step:-10 Specify management options
Step:-11 Specify Database user credentials
Step:-12 Select Database creation option
Step:-13 Summary and click Finish
Step:-14 Just create oratab folder
[root@oradbwr ~]# mkdir /etc/oratab
[root@oradbwr ~]# chown -R oracle:oinstall /etc/oratab
[root@oradbwr ~]# chmod 775 /etc/oratab
Step:-15 Database creation in progress
Database creation is completed successfully
Login in to Putty check the status
Database Creation on Create a VM Instance (Compute Cloud) successfully completed.
